Moulding - A modern, well-equiped mould shop including extensive robotics offers you many possibilities. Capacity ranges from 23 - 610 tonne machines with a shot size from 2.7 - 2500 gms. In addition to our own facilities we also have addional plant available as part of a disaster recovery program and unexpected high demand. .

Assembly - From plastic parts to complete printed, assembled and boxed products, we can ultrasonically weld, print and pack ready for shipping. We have experience in electronic sub-assemblies and employ a multi-skilled workforce.

Design - Our in-house ability and use of quality design teams offer an additonal dimension to realising your ideas. Working with design teams, we have been able to produce unique products at a competitive cost into a well-established marketplace. We also make full use of advanced CAD/CAM facilities to deliver efficient, professional results.

Project Management - A pro-active technical services and operations team ensures customer satisfaction throughout the entire project.

Toolmaking - We team up with world class toolmakers, as well as utilising our own internal facilities. We have handled over £400,000 of new tooling in the last year alone. A large percentage was for for brand new customers.
